My husband and I stopped into the Ferryman for a bite to eat and drink on 12/9/23. The bar looked great - all decorated for Christmas. The 2 gentleman running the bar were delightful and courteous. My husband had a chicken avocado salad and I ate a hamburger. The food was delicious and even the person delivering our meal was friendly and welcoming. Thanks for such an awesome lunch - wish we lived closer!
Ordered chicken tacos To Go 12/25 early afternoon. Only place open for a quick to go bite, got home and had Scrambled Eggs Tacos with hash brown potatoes? Ugh, really gross. I know it's a holiday but don't lie to people.
The Ferryman is the best dive bar scene in Hoboken. Great food (the best chicken Cesar wrap in all of Hoboken) and a great nighttime vibe. Good music and good drinks.
It was my first time in Hoboken and we went to The Ferryman for a couple drinks. It was a Friday night and w| got there like around 12am, the atmosphere was really nice tho. Everyone was having a great time and their drinks were cheap compared to the other bars near by. We have tons of fun . Also the music was really good. I remember they were playing old Hip-Hop music

I have loved this place for a very long time but we were turned away at 5:30pm on a Wednesday evening trying to take my daughter out with us for dinner. This was a first. The person we interacted with claimed that my daughter couldn't eat dinner with us (we weren't drinking) because she wasn't 21. We turned around and went to the Pub across the street where we were served and eat our dinner, without issue. Unless some major law has changed we weren't aware of, this made absolutely no sense. Would be curious to hear from the management if there's some law/rules that we are not aware of. Very disappointing.
This place is one of my favorite bars in Hoboken for many reasons!! I had a surprise open bar for my boyfriend’s graduation from law school and they were so accommodating. Everyone had an amazing time and couldn’t stop raving about it. The music is always great and everyone who works there is so nice. Can’t recommend this place enough!
I recently attended a graduation party here and we had the most amazing time! The bartenders, managers, everyone who works there were helpful and made sure they did everything they can to ensure we had a great experience. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
